1. . Count back from 100 in your mind. You can
increase the number or count back in multiples to make the task harder.
2.Keeping out distractions, diverting our
attention away from computer or smartphone screens and finding somewhere quiet
for at least ten minutes each day will improve focus
3. Find an object, hold it in your hands with your arms outstretched and focus on it for as long as you can.
4. Sit still. Simple as it sounds, it’s not that
easy. Try for as long as you can without moving a muscle.
5. Take a book or newspaper and count the words
on a page. Start with a paragraph and go from there, ensuring you count in your
mind rather than using your finger to point at each word.
Once I read in a book , the book says "All
geniuses concentrates on a particular thing ". Some days later, I ponder
over it and eventually found out that it is true. Look at Michael Jackson, he
concentratred/focused on Music and he is now called King of Pop, Aliko Dangote
concentrated on business and he is called richest black on the planet. These
are few instances, think about others.
Focus and concentration is something everyone
need to help stay productive.
There are things you can do on daily basis to
help your brain stay sharp and to remember faster.
Most importantly, stay in good physical health.
Exercising and eating a healthy diet may sound as trite as “an apple a day,”
but repeated studies have shown how these practices help the brain at a
cellular level.
There are Andriod and IOS games (mobile games) in
store that can help one train the brain and improve concentration, theses games
were designed to improve how your brain works and make you more productive.

and Memory Trainer etc.
