FUTO Post UTME Departmental Cut-Off Marks - 2015/16

Members of the public are by this notice informed that the management of Federal University of Technology, Owerri, FUTO  post utme departmental cut-off points for 2015/2016 is out.
 
All candidates who wrote the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) Computer Based Test (CBT) examination that was conducted between 10th March to 23rd March, 2015 and chose the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, (FUTO) as their preferred institution are to take cognizance of the departmental cut-off marks.

Don’t get it twisted, the FUTO 2015/2016 Post-UTME form is not yet on sale as at the time of filing this report.
Please take note that before the below average cut->off scores can be used, such candidate MUST have made a minimum of 180 in the just concluded JAMB CBT and the forthcoming FUTO 2015 Post-UTME.

How to calculate Futo Post-UTME Score?

Below is how to calculate Futo Post UTME Score:
The minimum average scores posted below is the minimum score required for each department when you plus your JAMB and Post UTME scores and dividing them by two i.e finding the average between JAMB Score and Post UTME Score.

For instance: if you scored 200 in Jamb and score 250 in Post UTME, then you add both (i.e. 200 + 250) it will give you 450. Divide it by 2 (i.e. 450/2) you will get 225!
225 is your final score!
